Superintendent - Training (Marine)

Responsibilities:

1. Development of training modules in line with Client requirement, in line with statutory and regulatory guidance.
2. Review training programs at assigned intervals against changing laws and guidance and keep the training course material up to date.
3. Prepare simulator scenarios in line with Client requirements and include in training courses.
4. Check simulator software at regular intervals and highlight any shortcomings for due rectification.
5. Complete tasks assigned within the given timeframe.
6. Maintain a high degree of punctuality when facilitating training courses.
7. Ensure training records are handed over to concerned teams for storage/ dissemination.
8. Keep abreast of changing requirements- both statutory and regulatory and promptly make amendments in course delivery.
9. Highlight any deviations in processes to Clients for effective and timely redressal.
10. Assist in conducting management reviews and internal audits of organization.
11. Assist Clients with matters concerning training compliance and certification issues.
12. Take on skill and knowledge acquisition in cross domain functions
