Ensuring Recruitment and selection of right talent, at the right time , in the right quantity as per the approved / required manpower and budget effectively & efficiently.

Maintaining Proper database (hard & soft copy pertaining to the function..

Ensuring compliance of defined standard procedure of talent acquisition as per the policy and SOP.

Other General Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities:

Prepare the annual recruitment budget based on vacant positions future manpower needs due to employee separations expansions and business plansbr Finalize recruitment sources in consultation with departmental heads and obtain necessary approvals from HR Ops TA and HCGA function headsbr Complete preliminary sourcing and screening of CVs based on job descriptions and specifications forwarding them to the concerned HOD for final screeningbr Coordinate the selection process including written tests aptitude tests telephonic interviews personal interviews and psychometric tests ensuring the interview panel is wellpreparedbr Process invoices and bills related to interview expenses hiring consultants background verification vendors psychometric tests and preemployment medical examinationsbr Manage postselection activities including negotiating salaries releasing offer letters and completing background verifications and reference checksbr Maintain necessary records and databases in SAP including recruitment trackers for open and closed positions new hires trackers and selection process documentation
