This is a contract hybrid role for a Summer Intern based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain tasks. As a Summer Intern, you will assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, conduct market research, generate reports, and support content creation for various communication and leadership development initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, ensuring smooth execution of projects, and contributing innovative ideas to ongoing and new programs.

• Communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
• Ability to assist in creating content and presentations for training programs or workshops.
• Analytical and research skills to gather and interpret data.
• Proficiency with productivity tools including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to professional development programs.
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business, Education, Communication, or related fields.
