Job Announcement: Summer Camp Instructor – Space Engineering
Edventra Edge Pvt. Ltd.(Mosaic) is seeking a qualified and high-energy Space Engineering Instructor to lead an immersive, hands-on summer program in Indore. This role is designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical engineering, guiding students through the complete lifecycle of rocket design and execution.

Key Responsibilities
• The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive curriculum that culminates in a live model rocket launch.
• Curriculum Delivery: Conduct engaging instructional sessions on the fundamentals of rocket science, Newton's Laws of Motion, and the principles of aerodynamics and propulsion.
• Technical Guidance: Lead students through the end-to-end process of designing and constructing custom, functional small-scale rocket models.
• Operational Safety: Establish and supervise launch mechanisms and safety protocols; ensure the disciplined handling of all technical tools and materials.
• Project Management: Plan and oversee the final-day rocket launch event.
• Student Mentorship: Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate a collaborative environment focused on problem-solving and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Academic Background: Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM field.
• Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in building and launching model rockets.
• Theoretical Knowledge: Strong command of basic physics, specifically regarding motion and fluid forces.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a student audience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating STEM workshops, camps, or educational programs.
• Familiarity with DIY science kits, robotics, or maker-space environments.
• Recognized certifications in lab safety or technical training are an advantage.
Key Deliverable
The primary objective of this role is to successfully guide students through the Design → Build → Test → Launch phase, ensuring every participant achieves a successful rocket deployment by the conclusion of the program.
