Job Description

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (data migration, reporting)
Experience working with global HR teams and HR transformation programs.
Strong expertise in SuccessFactors data migration, data validation, cleansing, and transformation.
Hands-on experience in building, testing, and executing data uploads across Dev, UAT, and Pre-Prod environments.
Experience in SuccessFactors reporting Table Reports, Advanced Reports, and Story Reports.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and data analysis.
Ability to design HR dashboards and reporting solutions aligned with business requirements.
Exposure to Tableau Cloud, Snowflake, and HR data lake solutions is an added advantage
