About Name of BU
The primary objective of this business unit would be to safeguard stakeholder's interest in conformity with public interest on a sustainable basis. It will be responsible for division of responsibilities between board and management. The focus will be on improving the quality of governance in allocation of resources, protection of depositor's interest and maintaining financial stability.

About the Role
The role requires Managing Subsidiary Governance Framework and ensuring adherence to Group Compliance Policy . To ensure the bank operates with integrity in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
.Ensuring adherence to Compliance Policy of the bank
.Managing and reviewing the development and implementation of governance policies and procedures.
.Encourage separate ownership from management
.Conducting Subsidiary management committee meeting documenting and tracking action points .
.Closely co-ordinating with Assurance functions within the bank for update on critical matters .
.Empowering Assurance functions through various interventions
.Coordinating with subsidiaries and mainating repository of subsidiary related data
.Publishing subsidiary engagement dashboard

Qualifications: Post Graduation
