We are building a high-performing sales team for a rapidly scaling consumer subscription brand and are looking for driven, people-focused sales professionals to fuel revenue growth. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy customer conversations, understand persuasion, and take pride in consistently closing deals.

As a Subscription Sales Executive, you will engage directly with potential customers, clearly communicate the value of subscription offerings, and convert interest into paid customers. You'll operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where performance is visible, rewarded, and accelerated.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Ahmedabad.

What You'll Do

Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion

Connect with inbound and outbound leads to understand customer needs and recommend suitable subscription plans.

Confidently articulate product value, pricing, and benefits in a simple, compelling manner.

Address customer concerns and objections with clarity and empathy to drive purchase decisions.

Build trust through consistent follow-ups and professional communication.

Revenue & Target Ownership

Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with a strong focus on conversion and revenue outcomes.

Track personal performance metrics and continuously improve close rates.

Contribute directly to the company's subscription growth and customer base expansion.

Process Discipline & Reporting

Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM systems.

Adhere to defined sales processes, scripts, and quality benchmarks.

Share structured feedback on objections, drop-offs, and customer sentiment to improve sales playbooks.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with fellow sales executives to exchange best practices and winning techniques.

Participate in training sessions, reviews, and performance discussions to sharpen sales effectiveness.

Actively contribute to a high-energy, performance-oriented sales culture.

Who We're Looking For

Experience & Background

24 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or consumer-facing sales roles.

Prior exposure to subscription products, D2C brands, or B2C sales environments is a strong advantage.

Skills & Attributes

Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to influence and persuade.

Highly target-driven with resilience and consistency in high-pressure sales environments.

Comfortable using CRM tools and working with structured sales workflows.

Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-moving organization.

Work Requirements

Willingness to work six days a week from the Ahmedabad office.

Availability to work in a performance-led, outcome-focused setup.
