Role Overview

We are inviting passionate and qualified professionals to join our academic and industry team as Subject Matter Specialists (SMS) in Microbiology, Food Safety, and Laboratory Science across our training centres in Coimbatore, Kochi, and Kozhikode.

The selected candidates will contribute to curriculum design, training delivery, technical reviews, and academic collaborations, supporting our mission to make scientific education globally relevant and industry-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver course content, practical modules, and case studies in Microbiology, Food Safety, and Lab Management.

Mentor learners through live classes, workshops, and certification programs.

Ensure course alignment with ISO, HACCP, GMP, NABL, and international regulatory standards.

Support curriculum updates, assessments, and industry-based internships.

Contribute to research mentoring, webinars, and academic publications.

Collaborate with national and international experts to enhance program quality.

Qualifications
Master's or PhD in Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
Minimum 3 years of teaching, research, or industrial experience.
Strong understanding of ISO, HACCP, GMP, or NABL systems preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Passion for education, innovation, and skill development in life sciences
