Requirements
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- 3+ yrs BPO/Operations experience
- SME/Acting TL experience preferred
- International Voice/Blended Process
- Excellent Communication Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support TL in team management daily operations
- Act as a point of contact in absence of TL
- Handle escalations floor support
- Drive team performance on SLA, KPI Quality metrics
- Provide real-time support, coaching feedback
- Assist in attrition shrinkage management
- Work on bottom quartile improvement
- Conduct huddles, refreshers knowledge sessions
- Coordinate with QA/Training for process improvements
