Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and academically strong Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to work on academic content development for senior secondary level (Classes 11 and 12) in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

The role involves developing high-quality academic content in multiple formats, aligned with board-level and competitive exam standards. Candidates should have strong conceptual understanding and good English communication skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Academic Content Development

Develop curriculum-aligned academic content for Classes 11 and 12

Create content in varied academic formats, including but not limited to:

Concept explanations and study material

Worked examples and numerical problems

Descriptive, conceptual, and application-based questions

Case-based and assertionreason questions

Multiple-choice questions (MCQs), where required

Write clear, step-by-step solutions and explanations:

Ensure content meets appropriate difficulty levels as per board and competitive exam requirements

Content Review and Quality Assurance

Review academic content for conceptual accuracy, clarity, and completeness

Ensure alignment with prescribed syllabi and learning objectives

Identify and correct conceptual, factual, and language errors

Maintain consistency in academic tone, structure, and terminology

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with academic coordinators, editors, and review teams

Participate in content discussions, revisions, and feedback sessions

Maintain clear and professional written communication in English

Documentation and Timelines:

Follow academic guidelines, templates, and quality benchmarks

Adhere strictly to defined content delivery timelines

Maintain organized records of developed and reviewed content

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (mandatory)

Must have studied PCB in Class 12

Academic Performance

Minimum 80% marks in Class 12

Minimum 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in Graduation

Subject Knowledge

Strong understanding of Class 11 and 12 PCB syllabus

Ability to convert subject knowledge into clear academic content
