Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom and/or online training on Full Stack Development (Java / Python)
  • Train learners on backend technologies:
  • Java Stack: Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate
  • Python Stack: Python fundamentals, OOPs, Django / Flask / FastAPI
  • Provide hands-on training on frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Explain REST APIs, Microservices, backend integration, and deployment basics
  • Assign and evaluate real-time projects, case studies, and coding exercises
  • Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and mentorship
  • Support learners with interview preparation and industry best practices
  • Update curriculum and training materials as per evolving industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python
  • Solid understanding of OOPs, Data Structures, and application architecture
  • Experience with frameworks:
  • Java: Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
  • Python: Django / Flask / FastAPI
  • Frontend experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React
  • Database knowledge: MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle / MongoDB
  • Familiarity with Git, Maven, CI/CD basics, Docker (basic understanding)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
  • Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience preferred
