Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development and Review:
- Create high-quality educational material in Hindi for students from Class 1 to 10.
- Review and enhance existing content, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with academic standards.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and other teaching resources in Hindi, suitable for different grade levels.
- Teacher Training and Support:
- Conduct teacher training sessions to enhance their understanding of the curriculum and improve their teaching effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on the effective use of teaching materials and strategies for engaging students in the Hindi subject.
- Offer ongoing support to teachers, addressing queries and providing solutions to challenges they encounter.
- Content Quality and Pedagogical Alignment:
- Ensure that all educational content meets academic and pedagogical standards, and is suitable for the learning levels of the students.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure that content aligns with school syllabi and meets learning objectives.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in education and Hindi language pedagogy.
- Continuously assess and improve content based on feedback from teachers, students, and educational experts.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with instructional designers, content creators, and digital teams to ensure seamless integration of content in various learning platforms.
- Collaborate with the assessment team to design formative and summative assessments in Hindi.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching experience, particularly in Hindi, is highly desirable.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in content creation or curriculum development for K-12 education, particularly in Hindi.
- Experience in conducting teacher training or workshops.
- Skills:
- Strong command of Hindi language and grammar.
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate content for students of different grades.
- In-depth knowledge of the K-12 curriculum and pedagogical standards.
- Familiarity with digital content creation tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong communication and presentation skills for teacher training sessions.
