We are looking for a passionate and innovative
Design Faculty to lead and mentor aspiring design students. The role involves teaching, content creation, and active contribution to our creative community both in classrooms and on digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons, projects, and assessments for design entrance preparation.
- Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students to enhance their creative and analytical skills.
- Collaborate with academic and design teams to upgrade course materials and learning experiences.
- Stay updated with design trends and integrate them into teaching methodologies.
- Contribute to social media initiatives by creating educational content, sharing design insights, and representing the brand online.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to new course/program development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong visual communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with digital content creation and social media engagement will be an added advantage.
