Design and develop comprehensive and engaging curricula for various programs, ensuring they are aligned with State/National educational standards and industry best practices.
Create lesson plans, assessments, and other learning materials that support active learning, student engagement, and effective instructional delivery.
Ensure the curriculum is coherent and aligned with both educational standards and the evolving needs of the industry.
Enhance instructional effectiveness by regularly reviewing and improving existing curricula to ensure it meets academic and pedagogical goals.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with department heads, administrators, and external stakeholders to enrich the academic offerings and ensure the curriculum meets the needs of diverse learners.
Coordinate with teachers and trainers to integrate new teaching methodologies, tools, and technologies into the curriculum.
Work with external partners and industry experts to ensure the curriculum aligns with current industry trends and practices.
Curriculum Monitoring & Evaluation:
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary adjustments based on feedback from students, educators, and stakeholders.
Collect and analyze student performance data to assess the success of the curriculum and identify areas for improvement.
Content Delivery & Training:
Provide training and support for teachers, educators, and trainers to ensure successful implementation of the curriculum.
Assist in the delivery of professional development programs for educators to enhance their skills in using the curriculum effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science or Information Technology) or a related field.
Experience teaching K-12 students, with a strong understanding of the educational needs of different age groups.
Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation.
