Job Description

Job Title:Subject Matter Expert (SME) - US Mortgage

Location:Mangalore (open to candidates willing to relocate)

Shift:Night shifts (5:30 PM 2:30 AM)

Work Type:Work From Office (WFO)

Experience:4-5 years in US Mortgage

Education:Any graduate with good communication skills

Joining Timeline:Within 60 days

Job Description:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US Mortgage processes.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on mortgage documentation and processes.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of mortgage documents.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies or red flags in the documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
