Handling recruitment under the India Template – R2D2 Global Interfaces. This is not a named job posting, so no SCSC approval is required. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-IT roles.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and hire candidates for technical (COM, C, DNS) and non-IT roles (Business Development, Corporate Sales, Accounting, Procurement).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Use social media, networking, and other non-traditional sourcing methods beyond job boards.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 – 5 years of recruitment experience in technical and non-IT sectors.
• Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, and business development functions.
• Experience recruiting for roles requiring German language skills is a plus.
• Understanding of COM, C programming, and DNS concepts is desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in recruitment tools, ATS, and hiring processes.
