Job Description

  • Own revenue, order book, and margin targets for the practice define strategies to exceed them.
  • Drive business development through opportunity identification, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Build and manage CXO-level relationships collaborate with sales to influence RFPs and close deals.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for AI-led application engineering and modernization.
  • Lead architecture for large-scale, mission-critical applications using .NET Core microservices.
  • Design cloud-first solutions leveraging AWS native services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, EventBridge).
  • Apply AI-native engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor) to accelerate enterprise platform builds.
  • Ensure security, compliance, cost optimization, and mentor teams to build solution accelerators.
  • Drive innovation via emerging tech evaluation, thought leadership, alliances, and internal IP creation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 22+ years in enterprise architecture and techno-commercial leadership for application engineering and modernization.
  • Proven P&L ownership with strong revenue and margin management in tech consulting.
  • Expertise in .NET Core microservices with hands-on coding capability.
  • Strong experience in application modernization (refactor, rearchitect, re-platform, rehost to cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud-native services AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
  • Proficient in AI-native engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor).
  • Deep knowledge of event-driven architecture, API design, and cloud-native patterns.
  • Experience with Generative/Agentic AI (LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, AWS Bedrock Agents, Google ADK, RAG, multi-agent orchestration).
  • Strong stakeholder management, pre-sales, solutioning, and large digital transformation deal experience exposure to Angular, data engineering, and analytics.
