Key Responsibilities
Technology Portfolio and Product Leadership
- Lead delivery of key technology products requiring strong functional expertise and business relationship management
- Support technology portfolio planning, resource allocation, and budget management
- Maintain a strategic application landscape for all CFO Business Units
- Ensure clear mapping of applications to business capabilities and outcomes
Product Ownership and Roadmap Management
- Support the Capability Lead in performing Technology Product Owner responsibilities
- Contribute to long-term product vision and roadmap development
- Ensure product priorities align with business strategy, regulatory needs, and enterprise standards
Stakeholder and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with senior stakeholders across business units
- Act as a trusted partner to Finance, Procurement, and Technology leadership
- Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication across stakeholders and delivery teams
Delivery, Governance and Ways of Working
- Lead delivery across cross-functional and cross-geography teams, including third-party vendors
- Apply agile delivery practices and strong project management disciplines
- Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage delivery, dependencies, and reporting
- Support enterprise-level initiatives and regulatory programmes
Leadership and Culture
- Enable a collaborative, high-accountability team environment
- Empower teams to make informed decisions while maintaining governance standards
- Provide coaching, guidance, and senior counsel within the department
