Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Styling & Merchandising Intern to join our team. The role will involve trend research, managing inventory, styling for shoots, catalogue management, and working with inventory data to support efficient, data-driven merchandising operations across our stores and online platform.

Duration:

6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Trend Analysis & Market Research – Research fashion trends and customer insights to help curate a stylish and relevant inventory.

• Inventory Addition – Support sourcing and addition of new outfits, ensuring accurate documentation, categorization, and tagging.

• Inventory Data Management – Maintain and update inventory data including product details, availability, movement, and rental cycles. Ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.

• Catalogue Management (Website) – Publish and update outfits on the website with correct descriptions, images, and styling notes.

• Logistics Management – Coordinate outfit movement between stores, warehouses, and customers while updating inventory status in real-time.

• Quality Control – Conduct thorough checks on outfits during receiving, dispatch, and return to maintain premium quality standards.

• Planning & Styling Shoots – Assist in planning and styling for photo/video shoots, collaborating with models, photographers, and makeup artists.

• Performance & Data Analysis – Track outfit performance, fast-moving vs slow-moving inventory, and rental trends. Analyze inventory and customer data to provide actionable insights for merchandising, styling decisions, and stock planning.

Requirements:

Strong passion for fashion, styling, and sustainability.

Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling techniques.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics.

Familiarity with e-commerce/catalogue management is a plus.

Should be able to manage inventory data and perform basic data analytics (tracking, reporting, and performance analysis).

Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for merchandising and inventory decisions.

Prior experience or coursework in fashion, merchandising, or styling (preferred but not mandatory).
