Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Study Coach at DepthMynd. The Study Coach will guide and support individuals through personalized coaching sessions to help them achieve their academic, personal, or professional goals. Responsibilities include developing tailored learning strategies, providing emotional support, tracking progress, and facilitating the development of effective study habits and mental resilience. The Study Coach will also collaborate with the DepthMynd team to align coaching frameworks with science-based methodologies and ensure impactful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong coaching skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to foster meaningful connections
• Experience in providing personalized learning strategies, guidance, and motivation
• Understanding of psychological principles, neuroscience, and mental well-being strategies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in education, coaching, counseling, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related discipline is preferred
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment
