About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership individual to lead end-to-end operations for a fast-growing study abroad consultancy. This is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for managing the entire student lifecycle while working closely with business development to drive conversions. You will report to the CEO of the company.

Office Location: Opposite Matunga West Railway Station

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

·   Lead counselling, admissions, visa, and documentation teams

·   Drive daily/weekly performance reviews and accountability

·   Ensure seamless cross-functional coordination

Operations & Case Management

·   Own the complete student journey for our HNI clients: counselling → application → visa

·   Maintain real-time tracking of all student applications

·   Ensure strict timelines, documentation accuracy, and quality standards

Sales & Counselling Support

·   Work closely with Sales/Counselling teams to improve conversion rates

·   Intervene in high-value or stuck cases

·   Optimize funnel performance and reduce drop-offs

Escalations & Crisis Handling

·   Handle student and parent escalations professionally

·   Resolve visa, documentation, and delay-related issues

·   Act as the primary escalation point, minimizing founder involvement

Performance & Reporting

·   Track conversion ratios and turnaround times

·   Share weekly insights and structured reports

·   Update CRM with all student related activities and monitor CRM updates done by team members

Candidate Requirements

·   Experience as Branch Manager / Operations Manager in study abroad industry

·   Total Work Experience: 6–8+ years

·   Strong understanding of UK, Ireland, and Australia admission & visa processes

·   Proven ability to manage teams and improve conversions

·   High ownership, problem-solving mindset, and execution focus
