Role Description

We at Gateways.Co and New Zealand Gateway are seeking a full-time Study Abroad Expert for an on-site position based in Coimbatore.

The role involves recruiting students, helping them select appropriate study programs, guiding through the admissions process, and providing insights into New Zealand's and other countries education system. Additional responsibilities include conducting consultations, offering visa assistance and ensuring a seamless end-to-end process from application to enrollment.

The candidate will also be responsible for building a strong pipeline and driving conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of New Zealand's and other destinations education system, academic institutions, and visa processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills to effectively guide students and families
• Experience in student counseling or overseas education consulting
• Proficiency in problem-solving, relationship management, and customer service
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment to drive enrolments
• Proficiency in English and other Indian regional languages such as Tamil is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling, or similar background preferred)
