Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Coimbatore. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, offering guidance on educational and career planning, and assisting students in making informed decisions about their academic and professional paths. The role includes addressing student inquiries, conducting consultations, and supporting personal and career development, while fostering a nurturing and encouraging learning environment.

Expected CTA- 2.5 to 4 LPA based on Experience

Qualifications

• Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Strong skills in Career Counseling to guide students in making informed career decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and faculty
• Experience or knowledge in the Education sector
• Proven ability to empathize with and support students personal and academic growth
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
