This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Destination Manager based in Chennai. The role involves managing relationships with partner universities, guiding students through the application process, providing career advisory services, conducting campus tours, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. The manager will also be responsible for counseling students and families, negotiating with stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet organizational goals.

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and educational partners.
• Experience in Guided Tours and familiarity with conducting informational sessions or presentations.
• Customer Service and interpersonal skills to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
• Sales and Negotiation skills to engage prospects, manage admissions processes, and foster partnerships.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
• Knowledge or prior experience in the education consulting or study abroad sector is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for Marketing, Communications, or Education.
