Role Objective:
To drive student enrollments and business growth by managing the end-to-end sales cycle across student counseling (B2C) and partner/agent engagement (B2B).
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage relationships with agents and sub-agents.
* Generate student pipeline through partner outreach.
* Track pipeline, follow-ups, and performance metrics.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student experience.
* Manage student inquiries and drive conversion from lead to enrollment.
* Understand student profiles and recommend suitable study options.
* Maintain consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 13 years of experience in study abroad, edtech, or sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
* Experience in lead conversion and client handling preferred.
* Ability to manage both B2C and B2B interactions.
* Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
