Study abroad counselor

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Study Abroad Counselor. The counselor will provide personalized guidance to students in choosing suitable academic programs and institutions aligned with their goals. They will assist with university applications, documentation, and deadlines as well as provide support with visa requirements. Additional responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, staying updated on global education trends, and organizing pre-departure preparations for students.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Ability to manage documentation and meet application deadlines
• Knowledge of visa processes and requirements for various countries
• Experience in career guidance and understanding of global education systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools
• Prior experience in study abroad consultancy or education sector preferred
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in counseling or education is advantageous
