Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Study Abroad Counselor position based in Ahmedabad. The Study Abroad Counselor will guide students through the overseas education process, assist with university and course selection, provide expert advice on application requirements, review required documentation, and support students with their visa applications and pre-departure preparations. The role involves interacting with students and their families, understanding their aspirations, and ensuring a smooth transition to their international educational journey.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in career counseling, student advisory services, and providing tailored educational guidance
  • Experience with managing university applications, documentation processes, and adherence to deadlines
  • Knowledge of visa processes, including documentation review and submission assistance
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively with students and families
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software for documentation and communication
  • Understanding of global education trends, study abroad markets, or prior experience in education consulting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, with a focus on counseling, education, or international relations preferred
