JOB TITLE : Study Abroad Counsellor
WORK MODE : On-site, Mon - Friday
LOCATION : A-61, Sector 63, Noida, U.P.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide end-to-end support, guiding students from initial consultation to post-admission settlement.
- Deliver personalized counseling to align students academic profiles and career aspirations with optimal international programs via our platform.
- Counsel students on university and course selection, scholarship opportunities, profile enhancement, financial aid, and visa processes for destinations like USA/Europe/Asia.
- Assist with application filling, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all required documents and forms.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently across phone, chat, and email channels.
- Build long-term student relationships through proactive profile development and milestone-based support, fostering repeat business and referral.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in the study abroad domain (USA/Europe), focusing on public and top-ranked universities.
- Comprehensive understanding of master's level admissions processes in Europe.
- Strong overview of visa processes in key destinations including Germany, UK, USA, France, Ireland, and Netherlands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new working systems and tools.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and student success.
- Prior experience managing undergraduate programs and admissions to public/top-ranked universities.
