Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Advisor cum Counselor located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include providing consultations to prospective students about educational opportunities in Germany, guiding them through admission and visa processes, and addressing their queries regarding academics and living in Germany. The Study Abroad Advisor will also collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth counseling experience while fostering positive relationships with students and parents.

Qualifications

• Experience in Educational Consulting, including advising students and navigating admission procedures
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to provide guidance and build trust with students and parents
• Knowledge of Visas and Consulting processes related to international education is essential
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple case files
• Proficiency in handling student queries with professionalism and empathy
• Experience in working within an international education framework is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus
