Job Description


  • Provide complete admission-related guidance to students aspiring to study abroad and assist them throughout the end-to-end application and admission process.
  • Evaluate students academic background, entrance exam scores (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT/SAT, etc.), career goals, and financial profile to help shortlist universities where their chances of admission are high.
  • Work as an individual contributor in an employee-focused, high-performance environment that promotes global education opportunities in your assigned city/region.
  • Initiate contact with prospective students and parents through calls, virtual meetings, or in-person sessions to understand their study abroad aspirations and provide personalized counseling.
  • Guide students regarding country selection, university shortlisting, course selection, application documentation, visa process, scholarships, and pre-departure formalities.
  • Take ownership of revenue generation through student enrollments and service conversions. This hybrid sales and counseling role provides exposure to both inside sales and consultative student advisory.
  • Educate students and parents about international entrance exams, admission timelines, university requirements, and career prospects after studying abroad.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to student conversions, applications, and enrollments. Performance-based incentives will be part of the role.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification: Any graduate in any specialization. Candidates with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Education, International Relations, or related fields will be preferred.
  • Experience: 02 years of counseling or student advisory experience in the Study Abroad or Education domain. Freshers with strong interest in international education and student counseling can also apply.
  • Strong active listening skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively interact with students and parents.
  • Basic understanding of international admission processes, entrance exams (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT/SAT), and global education systems will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to mentor and guide students through critical academic and career decisions, providing continuous support throughout the study abroad journey.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
