Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Studio Manager based in Chennai. The Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating customer interactions, leading and managing studio teams, implementing sales strategies to drive growth, and managing studio-related projects. The role requires maintaining high operational standards while fostering a positive team environment.Conducting architects/builders events at studio.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Proven capability in Team Leadership to inspire and guide teams toward achieving operational goals.
- Proficiency in Sales and Project Management to drive revenue growth and efficiently execute studio-related initiatives.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in retail or interior design industries, as well as familiarity with bathroom products, is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
