Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Studio Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory, coordinating class schedules, and addressing customer feedback. The Studio Manager will also be tasked with achieving business goals, such as membership growth and customer retention, by implementing effective operational strategies.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, including staff schedule creation, inventory management, and resource allocation
• Customer Service and Communication skills for ensuring excellent member experiences and addressing concerns
• Knowledge of fitness or wellness industry trends and enthusiasm for promoting a culture of health and wellness
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage day-to-day operations effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in leadership or managerial roles in hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle industries is preferred
