Role Description

This is a full-time Studio Manager role based on-site at our Bengaluru location. The Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain a welcoming and organized space for clients. Key duties include coordinating class schedules, leading a team of staff and instructors, managing client memberships, and driving membership growth through sales and customer engagement. The role requires effective communication and the ability to manage projects to create a positive environment for all clients and team members.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members and ensure outstanding experiences
• Proven Team Leadership and the ability to inspire and manage team performance
• Sales expertise with a focus on membership growth and customer retention
• Project Management skills to oversee studio operations and manage schedules efficiently
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capability to multitask
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a yoga and wellness-focused environment
• Previous experience in a similar role and a passion for health and wellness is an advantage
