This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a team member passionate about promoting wellness and mindfulness through yoga. The daily tasks include engaging with clients to provide excellent customer service, leading team collaboration for community initiatives, managing projects to organize yoga sessions and events, and contributing to sales and programming growth. The role requires flexibility, passion for yoga, and a commitment to supporting our community-focused mission.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and promote a positive experience
• Team Leadership abilities to guide and inspire a group toward shared goals
• Experience in Sales and relationship management to drive engagement and build partnerships
• Project Management skills to plan and execute events and programs efficiently
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Passion for yoga, mindfulness, and wellness practices
• Prior experience in the wellness or fitness industry is a plus
