About the Role:
We are looking for a Studio Artwork Designer (Prepress) with a strong eye for detail and deep understanding of print production. The ideal candidate will handle artwork adaptation, layout correction, and prepress preparation for high-quality print deliverables across packaging, retail, and marketing collaterals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, adapt, and finalize artworks for print production in line with brand guidelines.
- Prepare print-ready files ensuring all technical specifications (bleed, dyelines, trapping, color modes, etc.) are accurate.
- Work closely with designers, account managers, and printers to ensure quality output and consistency.
- Perform quality checks and preflight checks on files before release.
- Manage multiple artwork projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Understand and apply repro and color management principles.
- Maintain organized file structures and version control across projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Studio/Prepress/Artwork Production roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, flexo, gravure).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle brand consistency across materials.
- Experience working with packaging, FMCG, or advertising agencies preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
