Role Description

The Students Behaviour Analyst at CosaNostra Live will work in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Gurugram office. In this role, you will analyze student behaviors and preferences to help design impactful events, campaigns, and experiences. Responsibilities include conducting research on student engagement patterns, tracking behavioral trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing actionable insights for customized, innovative solutions. You will play an integral role in ensuring our events and campaigns resonate with the student community.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and research skills to evaluate student engagement trends and behaviors
• Proficiency in communication, collaboration, and presenting data insights effectively
• Adaptability in fast-paced, youth-oriented environments with a keen interest in creativity and event culture
• Experience in behavioral analysis, psychology, or related fields is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
