Role Summary
Looking for an experienced Student Visa Filer with strong knowledge of UK, USA, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and France student visa processes. The role involves end-to-end visa filing, with basic student counselling exposure considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end student visa filing and documentation
- Review student profiles, SOPs, financials, and academic documents
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely visa submissions
- Coordinate with students, counsellors, and internal teams
- Track applications and manage ADRs/refusals
- Provide basic guidance to students on visa process and documentation (advantage)
Eligibility
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- Min. 1+ years of student visa filing experience
- Hands-on experience with UK, USA, Germany, Ireland, NZ, Australia & France
Skills Required
- Strong documentation accuracy and compliance
- Multi-country student visa knowledge
- SOP review capability
- Good communication skills
- Student counselling exposure (added advantage)
