Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Tutor located in Ernakulam. The Student Tutor will be responsible for planning and delivering one-on-one or group tutoring sessions, assisting students with their academic needs, and helping them prepare for exams. Other tasks include evaluating student progress, identifying educational challenges, and adapting teaching methods to address individual requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in subject-specific knowledge and concepts relevant to the tutoring role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students
- Ability to create customized learning strategies for diverse learning styles and needs
- Time management and organizational skills to effectively arrange tutoring sessions
- Patience, adaptability, and an encouraging attitude to support student confidence and growth
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a degree program in the relevant subject area
- Familiarity with educational tools and resources is an added advantage
