Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Student Support Officer cum Sales Counsellor. Responsibilities include guiding students through the enrollment process, providing exceptional customer service, offering technical support with educational platforms, maintaining accurate student records, and assisting in implementing sales and marketing strategies. The role also involves delivering proactive support to students and fostering a positive learning environment to ensure student success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for engaging with students, resolving concerns, and providing guidance.
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess student needs and evaluate solutions effectively.
• Experience in Customer Service with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring student satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Technical Support to assist students with online learning systems and platforms.
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with sales or enrollment processes is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, business, or counseling is preferred.
