Role OverviewThe Student Success Manager/ KAM serves as the primary liaison between students, parents, and tutors, ensuring a seamless learning experience and measurable academic outcomes. This role focuses on proactive communication, effective class coordination, and continuous academic monitoring to drive student engagement, satisfaction, and retention. By blending relationship management with academic oversight, the SSM plays a critical role in each learner's success journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent & Parent Coordination- Act as the single point of contact for students and parents, addressing queries and providing timely, clear updates.
- Match students with suitable tutors based on academic requirements, learning styles, and individual goals.
- Manage class scheduling, rescheduling, and day-to-day coordination between tutors and families.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships to enhance parent and student satisfaction.
Academic Outcome Management- Monitor and track student progress against defined academic goals and milestones.
- Collaborate with tutors to review and refine personalized learning plans on a regular basis.
- Share structured progress reports and actionable insights with parents to ensure transparency and confidence.
- Identify at-risk students early and implement timely intervention strategies to improve outcomes.
Tutor Collaboration & Quality Assurance- Partner closely with tutors to ensure high-quality instruction and sustained student engagement.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance insights to tutors to maintain consistent teaching standards.
- Address and resolve tutor-student or tutor-parent mismatches and escalate concerns when required.
Operational Excellence- Maintain accurate records of student progress, communication history, and academic milestones.
Support retention initiatives by proactively ensuring high levels of satisfaction among students and parents.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of student success processes and best practices.
Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Fresher or 12 years of experience in academic coordination, student counseling, customer success, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with parents, students, and tutors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- High level of empathy, problem-solving capability, and organizational skills.
