Responsibilities:
- Pre-class engagement, Batch Launch activities; Know your Learners to improve the learning experience of the trainees.
- In class hosting, Q&A facilitation, assignment; project evaluation, demo class management, project submission coordination.
- Support participants throughout the course journey.
- Drive successful course completion by ensuring high participant engagement, structured learning journeys, and timely academic support.
- Deliver instructor-led classroom training while systematically tracking learning outcomes, behavioral change, and post-training performance impact.
- Own engagement of participants through tech led processes, stay sharp on content, delivery skills and know what participants are asking for.
- Monitor and improve NPS and drive obsession towards achieving a high NPS.
- Generating & maintaining MIS reporting and reviewing reports to the management.
- Understanding the queries of candidates and assisting them with proper resolutions.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as the Training Team / Sales Team.
Preferred Skills:
Ms. Excel, good communication, proactive & objection handling.
