Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic individual to engage with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right course. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in counselling, communication, or sales.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with student enquiries and explain course offerings

Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns

Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs

Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly

Coordinate demo sessions and counselling appointments

Build rapport with students and parents

Support the admissions team in achieving monthly targets

Eligibility

Freshers and interns can apply

Strong communication skills (Tamil & English mandatory)

Confident, energetic, and target-driven mindset

Basic computer knowledge
