Student Recruitment Coordinator (Conversion)

What are we looking for

We are currently looking for a Student Conversion Coordinator to join the Campus Services Sales team.

This role will be required to provide a fast, efficient and welcoming service for all customers, internal and external, proactively pursuing student recruitment and conversion on to CEG academic courses, within the recruitment team.

Working alongside the student recruitment team, the Conversion Coordinator will support high conversion rates from deposit to enrolment by proactively contacting prospective students to support them with their application process; arranging and supporting prospective students to prepare for their compliance interview and supporting students with the paperwork required to successfully apply for their visa.

Person Specification

• Educated to a degree level or above (or equivalent)
• Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload, to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
• A high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Competent user of Microsoft office package with a focus on Excel
