Role Purpose
The Student Recruitment Advisor supports prospective students by providing accurate programme information and guidance throughout the recruitment journey, from initial enquiry to enrolment. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality, ethical, and student-centred experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, tailored advice to prospective students
- Manage the end-to-end application process from enquiry to enrolment
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable programmes
- Respond to enquiries professionally via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Maintain accurate student records using CRM systems
- Present academic programmes confidently in one-to-one and group settings
- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining service quality and compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and the student experience
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer-focused communication skills
- Experience in consultative sales or student advisory roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Interest or experience in higher or further education
