Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Student Mentor at CAREERMASTERS. The Student Mentor will engage with students to provide personalized guidance, conduct career counseling sessions, interpret psychometric assessments, and facilitate workshops or webinars on career planning. Additional responsibilities include developing educational content, maintaining records for mentorship progress, and offering actionable feedback to help students achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Counseling, Career Guidance, and Mentorship
• Experience in administering and interpreting Psychometric Assessments
• Strong organizational skills for tracking student progress
• Proficiency in using digital tools for remote communication and collaboration
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Commerce, Psychology, Education, Career Counseling, or a related field
