Role Description The Student Intern role at TalesByDora is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The intern will support day-to-day operations such as assisting with itinerary planning, gathering information on destinations, and helping prepare travel documents and presentations. Responsibilities may include coordinating with vendors, updating travel packages, maintaining databases, and supporting marketing activities such as social media posts and basic content creation. The intern will collaborate with team members to ensure accurate information is shared with clients and contribute to improving traveler experience and service quality. This role offers hands-on exposure to the travel industry and opportunities to learn about trip design, customer communication, and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct basic research on destinations, activities, and travel options and organize findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing communication and internal collaboration.
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and interest in creating or supporting travel-related content.
• Comfort with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentations) and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
• Interest in travel, tourism, or hospitality and willingness to learn about the travel industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a program in tourism, hospitality, business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
