Marketing Specialist Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Communications Assistant to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The role involves content creation, campaign tracking, market research, and collaboration with internal teams to strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content and marketing collateral
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and audience preferences
• Maintain and update the company website and social media channels
• Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events, webinars, and promotions
• Manage communications spend and liaise with vendors/agencies for marketing initiatives
• Implement online marketing activities such as SEO/SEM, demand generation, and lead generation
• Support PR initiatives and brand-related campaigns

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in Marketing Communications, preferably in the Financial Services industry
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter with resilience and ability to work independently and in teams
• Creative mindset with interest in marketing trends
