• Build strong connections with students, and identify potential student leaders to take the initiative forward.
• Coordinate with various departments to plan and execute workshops and events.
• Handle any technical issues during workshops and events, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
• Maintain NxtWave's brand image by ensuring all activities reflect professionalism and integrity.
