Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Admissions Counselor role based in Noida. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process. Key responsibilities include consulting with students to evaluate their goals, providing information about our programs, facilitating admission conversions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role will require collaboration with teams, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to enrollment targets through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to build positive relationships
- Experience or aptitude in Sales and consultative approaches
- Familiarity with Education-focused environments or programs
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in any related field; postgraduate degree preferred
- Prior experience in admissions, customer success, or related roles is an advantage
