Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Student Counselor to join our team in Kozhikode. As a Student Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the study abroad process, providing tailored career counseling, addressing queries, and offering exceptional customer service. You will help students select suitable academic programs, assist with their application and visa processes, and ensure a seamless transition to their international educational journey. Building strong relationships with both students and their families will be an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students through their academic and career decisions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with an aptitude for creating trust and rapport with clients
• Knowledge and experience in the field of Education and study abroad processes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role as part of a collaborative team
• one year of experience in study abroad field
